Courtois vs Man City

I’m a member of a fb-group called Goalkeeping 24/7. Yesterday some one raised two questions.

Could Courtois have saved Man Citys equaliser?
Almost all comments said that he had ”no chance”. This is my comment:
There’s never such a thing as ”no chance”, especially if you are one of the five,six best keepers in the World – IMHO. Courtois had the wrong position at the City goal. With a correct position, and better balance he could have saved it standing up. When some one finish from around or less than five meters, with force, throwing yourself is more like an excause.
The second question regarded who are the best keeper – Courtois or Cech?

Its logical that you prefer a 22 year old but last spring Cech were proberly nr 1 in the World. A very strange situation indeed.
